Hi,
You're adding lots of features with fictional names, service highways, and buildings.
Driveways are not formally named.
Houses have house numbers, those numbers are not also the house names.
Sheds and garages do not have formal names, definitely not named with a house number.
Only verifiable data should be added to OSM.
Some driveways have duplicated sections.

Could you please rectify these problems?

Hi There were quite a few crossing highways (paths), some crossing buildings, some joined to areas and buildings and one long duplicated section. I think I've corrected all the problems but could you please check before uploading more.

Quite a few problems here. The building is two houses so the tag is building=residential. The level is two, Please see:- building:levels=*

You dragged a section of Drake Avenue out of alignment.

The bollard you mapped dragged a road and two area outlines out of alignment.

I've corrected all of the mentioned problems, which were by the way given as warnings above.

Andy, perhaps more ought to be done to stop this continued damage to the OSM database.

Hi, With respect that Nathan might not be aware of the damage done here this changeset would be fictional. If Nathan is aware of the damage then this could be seen as vandalism. Thus I've reverted the changeset.

Hello Nathan, The changes you've made to these motorways doesn't really look right. You've amended the numbering such that there is now on the north and south carriageway a section numbered A23(M) between two sections numbered M23.

I can't see a reason for doing this so I'm reverting the changes. If you have a reason for making this change perhaps you could comment here for discussion.

Hello Nathan, It's good to have new folk editing OSM but the editing should conform to OSM best practice. There seems to be no reason to change the names and reference numbers of these trunk roads. Thus I'm reverting all the changes. If I'm wrong in doing this please comment here giving reasons for your changes.

If there's something particular you're trying to achieve again please comment here. Perhaps help can be offered.

Hi, I don't know how this came about but your Way: കൊച്ചി - മധുരൈ - ധനുഷ്‌കോടി റോഡ് (1039024197) is a duplicate of the existing Way: കൊച്ചി - മധുരൈ - ധനുഷ്‌കോടി റോഡ് (1039016180)

I've removed the new duplicate way leaving the existing way that holds several relations.

Hi, You've got many warnings here about crossing highways and waterways. I noticed that you made several very long duplicate highways, (paths on top of roads) which I've removed.

Are you perhaps meaning to map features of public transport (PT), if so this way is incorrect?

Hi, Your path Way: 1038765903 was placed on top of an existing highway making duplication there can't be two highways occupying the same position. Thus I've removed the duplication.
The existing highway is tagged as foot and bicycle use.

Way: 915811895 which you changed from service to footway goes through a building. There should be a tunnel or bridge, could you please correct this? And are you sure this has no vehicle access?

Three of the removed highways were valid features for OSM. thus I've reinstated them.
