| 111702837 | over 4 years ago | Please look at and respond to comments regarding hedges in previous changesets. You are still drawing hedge barriers across field entrances. Joining hedges to highways. Tagging farmland areas with barrier=hedge. This is incorrect as stated before. I've deleted some incorrect tags and sections of the hedge. Regards Bernard. |
| 111704207 | over 4 years ago | Hi, I've Squared up all the buildings. Joined some and unjoined others where appropriate. If you zoom right in the buildings can be drawn with more accuracy. There's also an iD editor tool to square up features. (highlight/select the object/building, left-click on it, click on the square icon) the object is squared up. Regards Bernard. |
| 111703222 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I've made quite a few amendments, to many to further elaborate on. Please read up some guides to help improve your mapping. Need any help please just ask. Regards Bernard. |
| 111620887 | over 4 years ago | Hi, You're still mapping hedges across tracks, gates and gaps, the imagery clearly shows this as incorrect. Mapping/tagging landuse (farmland) and barrier (hedge) on an area is not good practice because a hedge is not an area feature, a hedge is a linear feature. You are also occasionally joining hedges to highways. Could you please refrain from your above-mentioned practices? I've made several corrections but made not have corrected everything. Regards Bernard. |
| 111239131 | over 4 years ago | Hi, I've inserted a building passage through/under the wall as this seems to be about how you describe it. Please have a look to see if it's OK. Regards Bernard. |
| 111635387 | over 4 years ago | Hi, There's a lot to learn in OSM.
Regards Bernard. |
| 111634843 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. The school name and other tags are on the school premises outline as per OSM practice. Thus I've removed the POI as it's a duplication of data. Regards Bernard. |
| 111644770 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I've removed the tags addr:housename=328 and name=328 Hawthorn Drive as they don't conform to OSM tagging practice. Neither tag is a house name. Regards Bernard. |
| 111623233 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Please always try to enhance the database rather than detract from it, for no good reason. It's not OSM practice to delete features because they are incomplete or for personal reasons/preferences. No harm done though I've reverted the change. The house is one I added four years ago. I forget why but I might one day add the rest. Regards Bernard. |
| 111581764 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Thanks for your contribution, I've tweaked the addresses to OSM practice. Regards Bernard. |
| 111433138 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. You requested a review of your editing. It looks like it's all fiction and duplication. OSM is a live worldwide database from which maps are compiled. Please only add genuine, accurate features which will mean you always have a perfect map. Thus I've reverted these changes so no harm is done. If you need help with mapping please just ask. Regards Bernard, |
| 111509040 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Could I please explain that when an area outline is also tagged as a barrier like barrier=hedge with landuse=farmland. Then it is not possible to remove parts of the hedge that don't actually exist, like field entrances and tracks. The hedges don't go across entrances or tracks. Also this results in some hedge barriers being duplicated. I also see that hedges have been joined onto or extended to meet highway center lines, this surely isn't reality. Could you please consider mapping the hedges separately on top of the relevant farmland outline? I've amended lots of features in this changeset and the area this in Changeset: 111530559 Regards Bernard. |
| 111492484 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I've amended the building outline to the building, amended the tags as well. Removed the house name from the land area. Regards Bernard. |
| 111388556 | over 4 years ago | Hi, I've removed the duplicated nodes that are shown on the link. What's happened is that you've somehow, (inadvertently), made duplicate nodes on one corner of each building. I Don't use GoMap but perhaps you are double-tapping/double-clicking when placing the last node, this might drop a duplicate node which you won't really see. Another thought, are you supposed to just drag the last node onto the first node and just drop it, no tap or click. Regards Bernard. |
| 111388556 | over 4 years ago | Hello, You're making a lot of duplicate nodes, I've removed these ones:- https://tinyurl.com/yp2caypv Regards Bernard. |
| 111387939 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I've amended the buildings tags, they are within an existing mapped residential area so no need for a second residential tag. I tweaked some of the steps as I can see they don't extend to the center of Charlton Road. Regards Bernard. |
| 111366717 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your POI is rather a long way from Oceanside, NY, it's in London, UK. There are also a few things that are not quite to OSM practice. No verifiable address, ( there's none on your website either so nothing is verifiable). There's no need to advertise in the description this is bad practice, you can add a link to your website that would say everything. Are your premises an office or some other type of facility? If its an online only business then it doesn't belong in OSM, we only map physical verifiable features. I've removed the POI. Regards Bernard. |
| 111239131 | over 4 years ago | Hello There, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

| 111153747 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I've amended the tags. Regards Bernard. |
| 110996551 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I don't know which house is number 23 but it's not the whole block. The building on Main Street would be tagged as building-residential as it contains several residences.
I've made some amendments. Regards Bernard. |
