Hi Del, Wards are not often added to OSM but I could see this didn't look right. So I looked for an example (relation/1736022). You can see the tags I added for Hylands Ward by clicking on the link to the way below.

I don't think Meducate occupies the whole of the building as you indicated by tagging the large building. I've drawn in what looks like a separate section to the north end and placed the Meducate tags on it. If this is incorrect please amend it or let me know. I also amended the address tagging to suit OSM practice.

As it's tagged barrier=yes means there is no access through or around the gate which I doubt is the situation. Could you please tag what the barrier actually is and what access is allowed through or around it. Also sometimes emergency or council vehicles are allowed.

On its own a name tag isn't much help to anyone and the description is not rendered so that's no help either. Is Wheatfields the name of the end house or the area? Also, do you have more of the property address available?

There were several problems with crossing highways, I think I've sorted them all out.
I removed access=no from several footpaths as there is foot access. If a type of access is prohibited then that restriction should be specifically tagged. The tag access=no means the is no access other than the owners. Usually, farm tracks and some wide paths can be tagged access=agricultural.

Hi, Yes just amend the existing tag to suit the new situation, (change path to cycleway). Add more descriptive tags as necessary. I now find there are more duplications. On looking closer I wonder if these ways are actually shared use cycleways.

Hi, Your cycleway, Way: 930221524, seems to be set out rather haphazardly. In the main, it is atop and duplicating an existing highway, then cutting across grass areas.

Thus I've removed it. May I suggest that if a way needs amending/correcting then the amendment is done to the existing way, not just add another way.
