For fulfilling the objective to the localized context I have to use it as there is always a local need which does not comply with international standards. There are always some things that do not have global presence which is normal which differ from geography to geography. In our country there are many housing societies where the authorities appoint people to manage their daily wastes. Though those are managed and maintained privately so we can not define that any existing tag. So for local level identification we have used that tag. I hope you have got the point.

Unfortunately there was some problem with my JOSM application. When i zoom the area it did not show any gap. I uninstall my JOSM and then reinstall it and now it shows a big gap in the road.
Now i fixed the gap.Sorry for my mistake and thanks a lot to you for pointing it.
