The name is an English word ‘outer’ due to the small locality being outside the Colden Plantation.

I may be inaccurate, but there is a Ramsey locality in that area I assume.

If it is possible, can you describe the localities in which you suggest it may be false? It might be and we have mapped it wrong.

The places are available on ground mostly marked in the locality status where in the Isle of Man us (the government) use locality as a way to describe areas with at least 2 houses in a small area.
