@seav, I can say that the map from Wikimedia Commons is the official one, it is the same as the map that is posted at Brgy. Hall of 174, and one of the proof of the map from 2006 you have given is wrong is the fact that the Brgy. Hall of 178 is located at 14.757675, 121.056375 which the map from 2006 is showing that it is located at Brgy. 174, and I currently live in Brgy. 174 that I can say that the map from 2006 is wrong.

Hello, the current barangay boundary for North Caloocan is wrong, I tried editing it using iD but I can't zoom out so that I can edit it properly, can you help to fix it? Hello, the "Doña Helen Avenue" you edited is a road that is shared by the two subdivisions named Doña Helen Subdivision and North Matrix Ville I that forms a boundary between them. On the Doña side, it is named "Doña Helen Avenue" while on the Matrix side it is named "Matrix Loop." As stated on the wiki name:left=* using the name "Doña Helen Avenue / Matrix Loop" is more appropriate in this case as Doña is not the only one that is using this road.

Ok, accepted to remain this road as tertiary. (P.S. the traffic in this road is getting so worse, as so many people are using this road nowadays, it's better to remain this as tertiary to lessen the traffic.)

I'm not upgrading this road to mark a detour around Mindanao Avenue per se. According to the Mapping conventions of Philippine Roads in OSM Wiki, "If a tertiary route is physically larger or carries more traffic than other tertiaries, or serves three or more barangays or districts with minimal alignment jogs, a tertiary can be promoted to a secondary, taking most factors in account, most importantly, connectivity."
I believe this tertiary route carries more traffic than other tertiaries, as I travel this road frequently, to the point of having so much traffic that this is not a tertiary road for me.

Maybe if we upgrade it to secondary road for the meantime and downgrade it to tertiary after the construction of Mindanao Ave Extension is complete. What do you think?
