Is there a way to restore an edit using ID?

I must admit I'm looking at this now, and thinking 'why did I split the roundabout in the first place?' — the roundabout isn't part of the cycle route.

The reason why I had thought that splitting a roundabout was a mistake is that the cycle route would need to work in both directions. Should I split the roundabout and include both sections in the relation? This doesn't apply to this edit, but would apply to the next changeset (63934196)
