Bus 33: chop off the defunct Oxford leg, and add a skeletion for its extension out to Henley. Country bus stops will need reviewing/updating/adding first.

Update stops with NaPTAN deets

Remove missing NaPTAN stops. Two gone entirely, one with a changed AtcoCode already on a nearby OSM node. Looks like the 33 bus no longer goes to Oxford

Remove stop missing from OSM+NaPTAN

Couple more stops updated whose AtcoCodes have changed. Checked routes still make sense.

Update stop metadata & remove duplicate ref=<numeric> that matches the naptan:NaptanCode=<alphabetic> since it was showing unhelpfully in some tools
