Update stops and tweak a position slightly

Delete inactive (NaPTAN) and disused (OSM) stop "I".

Update west-side St Aldates stops whose AtcoCodes have changed within NaPTAN. I've checked that the routes still make sense, and repositioned them slightly to be more NaPTAN-like while still making sense in Bing
