Seems that Gilman drive got bulk uploaded from Tiger data. It is displayed as a single carriageway, but it is a dual one. Tried to change this with pressing P but seems there is a bug in the software and suddenly extra points appear and new connections are being drawn, where they should not. This is particularly difficult, since it is a longer road... Not sure how to best resolve this...

Hm, that's weird - it shouldn't be putting those extra points in. Will investigate.

If you zoom in, you'll see there's a weird messed-up junction where Gilman Drive crosses a primary_link road, with too many nodes. If you sort that out, you'll find the parallel way (P) works as it should.

Or you can do what many of the rest of us do - just draw it by hand! Fairly laborious but the end result is a gold-star quality road.
