على أي أساس تم تغيير بيانات منطقة مصراتة إلى بني وليد ومن ثم بعدها تغييرها إلى محافظة مصراتة؟ مع العلم أنه لا يوجد نظام محافظات في ليبيا الآن.

Hey Pellissippie, it seems that Abdullah has many questionable edits and he seems to be a mass "arm-chair" mapper since many of his edits in my city and the cities I've visited nearby aren't reflecting what's on the ground.
As for this edit, the only East-West highway in Libya is TAH1 (Costal Highway) and there's also TAH3 that's North-South. I'll leave reverting this edit to you, or if you want, I'll happily do it!

رجاءاً لا تقم بتغيير تصنيفات الطرق إلا بسبب مُقنع، إذا كان لديك سبب رجاءاً أذكره وسأقوم بإعادة تعديلاتك.

الرجاء التأكد من التعديلات التي تقوم بها ولا تقم بتغيير تصنيفات الطرق أو تغيير الأوسمة tags بشكل عشوائي مثلما فعلت مع مسار السكة الحديدية القديم مما أربك سير عمل العديد من تطبيقات الخرائط لأن هذه الطريق لا وجود لها أصلاً!

I've been wondering for a while about "aligning roads to imagery".
What do you exactly mean by this? Do you just "align" them to fit Bing's imagery or do you use GPS traces to re-align imagery offset then align the roads?

Thanks for your edits, but please don't use Arabic-Indic numbers when editing in Libya.
Here we use the Arabic Numerals (123...) instead of Arabic-Indic (١٢٣...) since these are mostly used in Middle East and Urdu/Persian speaking countries.
