Yesterday you made the changes changeset/98025928#map=6/28.954/-9.127 and changeset/98026763 which reverses the changes I made in the Spain relationship.
I modified the relationship to add the territorial waters of Spain as I commented in the Data Working Group list and in the general list https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk/2021-January/085937.html.

The change has been reverted without explanation in either of these two places and without contacting me, which I find impolite.

In view of all the above, I request you to revert your changes and leave the maritime borders of Ceuta and Melilla correct.
