Roads should not be separated unless there is a physical barrier (i.e., not just paint). This makes for a complicated fix. Consider reverting this changeset and reimplementing the other changes.

I'd think way/664548779 should be landuse=education over landuse=school because there are two schools there, and landuse=school implies the existence of a single school. It is an approved tag, just one that doesn't render.

Individual sections of parking lots should not be mapped as amenity=parking. You can map individual spaces, but the lot as a whole is already there.

Ways in a multipolygon normally don't need their own tags, like here. Only if something separate exists along a single way should it be tagged. In this case, that means that the outer way shouldn't have been tagged as a hospital building and the inner way not as area=yes.

Saw this coming. I don't think it's a good use of my time highlighting a few churches, hitting upload, then undownloading them and repeating with all 101 of them. I did it before with a similar edit, and it felt very unproductive.

The track was already mapped, you've just duplicated it here. I removed the tags for you.
