"Dolo Estates" (which is actually "The Dolo Estate") does not belong in OSM. You can add the address tags and the start_date to the building, but everything else should be discarded.

I'd think the new private subdivision would have residential roads with access=private rather than these service roads. Service roads generally don't have a legal status in Ada County.
