This isn't a service road, but in fact a continuation of North Heritage View Avenue that is under construction as part of Caldera Canyon. I've updated the road to reflect this.

All addresses have been added as nodes in Ada County. I respectfully request the housenumber quest be turned off in the county.

This service road does not have a name. Ada County does not assign names to service roads. Also, you didn't connect the service road to the sidewalk.

Looks like Camp Ida-Haven, a summer camp, got turned into a service road.

A bit late at this point, but the plat book can be downloaded on the Ada County Assessor's website. Also, this section didn't originally line up with River Street. The current alignment has only existed since 2004.
