It contains personal information on both yourself and others. It is more suitable for a private, personal diary. No one else is interested in the information. Changeset discussions are for discussing... well, changes. Who threw toilet paper in a tree at some Bible camp is relevant to no one, and even mentioning that you went there, especially as a minor, is a risk to your personal safety.

Please just stick to contributions like adding detail to bus stops or creating POI and leave your personal life personal.

I would think that name "Fire Station 34" is incorrect and should be ref=34 and the name for the whole property is just a description. "Fire Station Access" is probably not a name either.

It is not the fault of OSM that users are misusing the map data. You have no right to modify another's geodatabase in opposition to reality.

This information is not appropriate for OSM. No data consumer would want this data and it is unverifiable. Also note that changeset comments are not a discussion forum.

Generally, oneway=no is an unnecessary tag on residential or other low-importance roads in normal circumstances. Even though it comes up as a menu option in iD, it does not have to be added everywhere.
