All incorporated municipalities in Idaho are cities. This does not mean they are marked as a place=city, which is for places with a high population and/or major amenities like an airport.

Check spelling of "cemetery" too.

That sounds like an error on their site. It might help to reach out to them. Keep in mind that what's on the ground is generally what's mapped. If there's no trace on the ground then Ross Playground may just be an official_name.

Worse, it's only one building. All the buildings are very low quality. Are we really dumping this stuff on other impoverished countries? HOTOSM needs to teach users to draw buildings properly.
