These should all be residential roads, not service roads. They will be lined with houses.

Went there myself. It was temporary. They closed it and Dry Creek Road for construction lasting through June. The final alignment will be straight as specified in the plat.

I think it's okay to leave them as deleted if they're being removed in the next year or so. Reverting the deletions isn't too difficult though.

All major routers will either not show the features or mark them as inaccessible, and will certainly not route anyone down them.

Are the trails completely gone (as in you wouldn't even know there was a trail there)? If not, rather than deleting them, you can add access=no. Same goes for your other changeset.

The way the address numbers are assigned determines the predirectionals. Shouldn't WB Chinden have a West predirectional West of Eagle? Similarly, shouldn't EB Chinden have an East predirectional west of the western city limit border of Boise? It's weird because the road is only separated by a curb but I would think it depends on the side of the street one is on.

It seems we've been going back and forth on west elm. iD keeps suggesting that brand:wikipedia should be set to Williams Sonoma, though I feel like it's changed its mind before. Any idea which is correct?

It looks like you removed the suite number from the node. What suite number does the business have? Online I can only find the address 2264 South Bonito Way Suite 150.

Esri imagery got an update. It's from December 7, 2020.

The new aerial imagery, which dates to December 7, shows road construction that follows the original plat. I feel like the GPS track was off.
