All the other roundabouts in the area are tagged as links. Besides, the plat map for this subdivision indicates that the roundabout is not its own road. All it does is link a main residential road to the main collector.

What is the point of changing a roundabout to make it not a link? It's not part of any particular road and it doesn't have its own name.

This isn't a service road, but in fact a continuation of North Heritage View Avenue that is under construction as part of Caldera Canyon. I've updated the road to reflect this.
