Add the Rustic Village stops for the 41 to their respective relations. It's my first time working with bus routes though, so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me if I'm doing this right.

Add names to bus stops. Names aren't printed on the signs, but are listed on Transit, which the city officially endorses as the source of truth about stops. Additionally: a) Minor tweaks to stop locations, removed erroneous stop ID on one stop.
