This little section of road seems to have been left out of the US NY 5 bike route relation.

Add a little bit of the brighton bike boulevard to the local bike boulevard cycleroute relation

Signs on the sidewalk here explicitly designate it as for cyclists and pedestrians (since it's connecting two otherwise discrete trails)

There is not, and to my knowledge has ever been, a cycletrack here - just a cycle lane (although tbh it's barely a margin).
