Sorry, I don't remember exactly what I changed, and I'm having a hard time parsing the change set.

It makes sense for "S 200 East" to be the street rather than "15 S" to be an address, but I don't really know UT street address formats. It's not really in the spirit of this project to use google maps as a source, but they also agree with that. That said, they split the street into two based on the "N" or "S" prefix, and the app I use to make edits (Organic Maps), doesn't have "S 200 East" available as an option. Instead it only has "200 East" named to match the street as it is named on OpenStreetMap itself.
