But I found this tag (M:hazard_prone) is not available in Wiki yet. The better tag is "hazard_prone" (https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/hazard_prone#wiki) as you mentioned earlier.

I checked this (https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1gIj) and filtered using "version:1" in JOSM. This tag originally came from disaster preparedness activities : (https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/864), (https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/876),(https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/877),(https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/896), (https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/1011), and (https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/1013).

Thank you for your kind question. We made it as service since this road is oil palm plantation and sometimes restricted for public.

We surveyed some place in South Kalimantan and West Kalimantan Province and got the same pattern from this road.
