I think I've fixed most of the non-existent and currently under-construction track now

1) I don't believe this changeset added any lines but I do see that there are some non existent that have been added. Feel free to verify and fix

2) Electrification of the Stouffville Line has been proposed since about 2010, and the contract has been signed with the co-development partner. This Metrolinx page here has Stouffville line marked for electrification to Old Elm. https://www.metrolinx.com/en/projects-and-programs/stouffville-line-go-expansion The contract with the development partner has been signed and the final delivery contract is set to be signed shortly.

I'm not sure how that happened. I had searched for atwater ave in Montreal just to locate but I never even touched the one here. That is so weird. I'll revert
