Added under-construction 78 AVE & Ogden Dale RD extension / roundabout.This has been under construction since last year. Roads are in the rough layout but will need to be corrected with updated sateillite imagery.

80 AVE NE flyover for emergency vehicles. This bridge is scheduled to open sometime this year and the tags have been added accordinly. Connection for multi-use pathway added along with segment of sidewalk.

changed Langdon from place=hamlet to place=village to more accurately reflect it's status based on OSM tagging guidelines (despite it being legally considered as a "hamlet") place=hamlet typically used for places that have less than 1000 people.

Changed existing Langdon area to administrative boundary with admin_level=8, replaced it with admin_centre node, and boundary relation to join them together. From what I can tell this is a more appropriate tagging scheme but feel free to correct it.

Expanded Glenmore TR route relations (EB/WB) to include all members from Deerfoot TR to Stoney TR. Changed Glenmore trail main relation to superroute containing the EB/WB relations. Edited HWY 560 relation to link up to Glenmore TR relation @ Stoney TR.
