Unglued landuse polygons from roads, added small POIs & details, added and fixed road name suffixes ("East")

Extension of 3 AVE in Dunmore based on GPS track. details need to be added for new UFA gas station.

Added new walking path north of Frazer AVE, added appropriate East/West suffixes across the city of Brooks and removed abbreviations where applicable. Added new cycleway extension from GPS track along Sutherland DR. Some minor landuse things as well.
