Motorway-to-Motorway junctions

Hows does one use junction:ref=* on a junction like this, where two motorways meet each other?

As far as i know, the tag junction:ref=* is not related to junction (nodes) ref=* numbers. This tag it has to do only with exit numbers. Some junctions can have more than one exits, which they may be numbered. In fact i have not seen any numbered exits in Greece, i have seen numbered junctions only. --Nikospag 16 June, 07:38 UTC.
