A tower which is a building.
Towers are self-supporting structures, distinguished from masts (man_made=mast) by their lack of guy-wires. man_made=tower also exists, but a difference isn't defined.
How to map
Draw an area
along its outline and add building=tower. If drawing the outline is problematic, place a node
in the middle instead.
