Legal access restriction for
pedestrians when used on roads and paths.
For a barrier, crossing, entrance and ford, it indicates if it is physically possible for a pedestrian to pass. However, if there is a sign that specifies permission, that should be used instead.
For a guidepost or map do not use foot=* but hiking=*.
