Rationale
In Germany, a lot of tracks are marked as "No vehicles, except agricultural vehicles" or "No motor vehicles, except agricultural vehicles". (Most of them are also allowed for bicycles)

- IMO, this is an abuse of the access tag; "agricultural" is not a type of access, it is a type of vehicle. (like we have bicycle=, motorcycle=, hgv=, etc. Also, see the Proposed features/access: name space proposal. --Hawke 18:46, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
