Proposal

I propose the new value "guy_wire_anchor" for the key "man_made" to show anchors for guy wires (man_made=guy_wire). This is a replacement for the abandoned Proposal building=guy_wire_anchor .

Rationale

The guy_wire_anchor is usually made of concrete or steel with good visibility. I guest that there are several million anchors for guy wires on the world.
