Proposal
For a place that takes goods as donations maybe for a charity project or for use or selling. The donated goods will be reused and must be in good condition. Because it is a donation, you will not get the material value of the goods in return.

Rationale
At the moment some mappers use recycling:*=yes to document that a place takes goods as donations. But with recycling:*=yes it is unclear if it is really a donation or just a disposal.
donation_of_goods=* makes it clear that the goods are reused (possibly sold) and must be in good condition.
