In 2018 PicLayer Menu is an item in the Imagery Main Menu and the handle points have become more colorful.

Source of the Picture was https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/images/2/20/Piclayer_usage.gif I edited some gif-layers, replaced the duplicate number 4 by 5 and slowed down the steps with text to read. All in all a nice Plugin, would download again ❤
