Summary
| Description | The massive now-empty glacial moraine trailing down off Salkantay like a skirt. It was a quick scramble up from the lake to see this desolate strip on the other side. One can only imagine the days when this channel was 50m thick with ice flowing down. Small tundra-like ice blocks and small lakes dotted the gravel-filled debris channel. |
