English: Beeston Marsh area of marshy land at the north-eastern end of Attenborough Nature Reserve. This is on a small patch of gley soil which was consequently not used for gravel extraction. The spring flora visible include Yellow Flag (Iris), Ragged Robin and Meadowsweet.
