The bridge is part of the Israel National Trail. was it a temporary closure or was the trail moved?

As far as I know, there is no officially-declared Nature Reserve in this place. The media coverage is about a local plan (תב"ע), which has not been approved yet.
Moreover, after such a plan is approved, the appropriate minister has to issue a declaration in order to make the planned area into an official Nature Reserve.

As far as I know, the Apollonia Eco-Park you mapped is also at some planning stage and is not an officially-declared Nature Reserve yet.

Israel has dozens, if not hundreds, of Nature Reserves in different proposal stages. Many of them have not made any progress for many years. In my opinion, there is very little value to the general public by mapping them in OSM, even if the mapping will be done using appropriate tagging.

Well, that's complicated...

How frequently does the status of this gate change between open and closed?
If it changes often than I would go on the safe side and tag it with motor_vehicle=no.
If it rarely changes its state, I would tag it with the latest status.

The wiki says that "barrier=entrance defines an opening (a gap or hole) in a linear barrier=*. "
This is not the case here. See
barrier=entrance?uselang=en

To override the default access to a highway, put the needed tags on the highway itself.

For example, for highway=path the default access includes foot=yes and bicycle=yes so there is no need to put them on such highways.

הערות:
1. גם במידע ה-GIS של התב"ע יכולות להיות טעויות.
2. יכולים להיות שינויים בין התב"ע לתשריט האכרזה

על מנת להיות בטוח יותר, חפש את תרשים ההכרזה במנהל התכנון

סוג יישות = אכרזת שמורת טבע
טקסט = <שם השמורה>

אחסוך לך ואומר שאין שם את תשריט האכרזה.

מתברר שיש טעות בנתוני ה GIS של התב"ע. לחלק הדרומי של השמורה ניתן יעוד 940 ולא יעוד 802 של שמורה - ומכאן הטעות ב OSM.
