I've just moved the elements in question to city:Cheadle.
My remote approach had flaws, so I stopped these modifications a while ago. However, we have a large number of inconsistencies in addresses all over the UK. I'm working on an export to highlight and present them on talk:gb. But it may take a while until I'm ready.
