Tag traffic signs for combined foot and cycleway, both as a node for the sign and on the way where it applies. Also adds a few street lights where they share a pole with the signs.

Use foot=designated instead of foot=yes as there are signs for pedestrians

Replace foot=designated with foot=yes since there isn't a sign for pedestrians, but there is a sidewalk

Add man_made=bridge objects to wood bridges that recently closed. Moved bridge name to the area and used the road name on the way. Area from N50, names from NVDB.

Remove fixme + note as they are old and the current position of the bridge appears correct
