Lillestrøm: add bumps to Tor Jonssons gate, related to the construction in Storgata

Lillestrøm: change vehicle=destination to motor_vehicle=destination for Brandvoldgata as bikes are allowed to pass though. Will discuss other changes on changeset 123117797.

Lillestrøm: tag new pedestrian zone. Needs more work to capture the layout properly, but this should at least fix routing

Detach proposed railway from county border to avoid accidental boundary changes. Attach it to the next section of proposed railway instead since it was only 11cm away

Clean up Ødebymyrene a bit to remove N50 artifact

Clean up track and trail across Breimåsan

Import Kanamåsan from SSR/N50

Add name to Skyttermyra. Not clear from NiB if they should be connected, but the name appears to both the currently mapped parts.

Import Kongsrudmyra from SSR/N50 and match up with existing lake using NiB

Tag boardwalk across Breimåsan and improve position a bit

Improve lake outlines slightly

Add fragment of trail and boardwalk that shows up across marsh and power line

Split wetlands where there is a road running though it and improve roads slightly

Import named wetlands in Lillestrøm county. Names from SSR, geometry from N50, and used NiB to select reasonable candidates as well as validation

Add rooftop solar panels from NiB, adjusted for perspective by aligning to existing building shape

Update max_speed to 30

Remove highway=crossing nodes left over from when changeset 97049975 added bike lane as a separate way

Update Grønland with new traffic pattern and driving restrictions

Update Kirkegata which has been turned into a pedestrian street

Make barrier more generic to fix warning and add foot/bike access tags
