Updates related to construction of a new bus lane + reopening of an old highway onramp with underpass. Foot/bike routes are accurate, landuse should be reasonable

Add Burger King under construction and some missing service roads and a parking entrance tag

Add missing section of building. Used building:part so the section with the ref matches the (incorrect) official data to avoid future confusion with the buildings overlay.
