In this change you moved many buildings, guess you aligned them to aerial images. This might be incorrect as many aerial images are misaligned and must be manually shifted to existing GPX tracks. Please be sure to read next article:
osm.wiki/Using_aerial_imagery

and you might want to shift these buildings back or revert the whole changeset.

Hi, I saw many times where you delete existing objects and then re-create them from scratch. Can you, please, try to avoid this where possible and instead edit existing ones?

There are usually separate fields for address and other cases, so address is usually split to city, street, housenumber, etc
please be sure to read manual before using new tags: osm.wiki/Addr

I don't think it's a good idea to make this change. This is not a new entry, and even if it doesn't looks correct - it is equal to other sources (Wikipedia as example). I'd advise reverting the change.

Hi, was this change made using your local knowledge of the area or only from satellite images?

All major roads classification in OSM was aligned across whole country a few years ago.
