Human readable values are the most used in OSM as taginfo says so we need other tag when we want to maintain also the national id of the traffic sign. I have found the answer in taginfo,with a few items and used it.

Correcte. Durant la COVID-19 una de les divisions que es va començar a introduir van ser les relacions que mostraven les diverses àrees sanitàries de Catalunya. OSM no té límits, només la realitat, i els Països Catalans (com a territoris que comparteixen una llengua) existeixen.
A més no mapegem pel render, per tant el que no té sentit és que mapegem pel gust de maps.me respecte a mostrar una relació lingüística. Cal reversió.
