why did you change all power=tower to power=portal?
That's extremely wrong and somebody has to fix it now...

I disagree with VA 42 to be primary as the western part (VA 39) is secondary
Or that part should also be upgraded to primary and SR 629 in the north downgraded to tertiary

If you have to realign something always move the nodes.

Moving the nodes of a house may also still be faster than deleting it and adding a new one (that you should max. only do with your newly mapped objects without any other history).
You can check the History of objects with Ctrl+Shift+C or via the menu on the right and then clicking on the way/node.

I'll still have a few hints for you:
a turning_circle is just this node in the middle without a street running around it.
Stop and give_way should always be on the way where the the sign is on and please add a direction (forward/backward) depending on which way the sign is facing.
The only exception are all-way-stops where you would add the stop on the crossing node and not where the signs are.
osm.wiki/ does a good job in stating how to map particular things.

Sadly you made some rookie mistakes in your changesets I want to address.
1. Please square buildings. This can be done by pressing "Q" or via the context menu.
2. Please don't delete and recreate ways to realign them like you did with many driveways. Just move the nodes of the existing ways.
3. Speaking of alignment: You can change the imagery via a menu on the right. As you are mapping in Virginia I'd recommend the state-provided "VBMP Most Recent Imagery". Sadly you used Bing and that is very outdated and has a bad quality and alignment.
4. Junctions don't get mapped like you did at Pioneer Drive/Main Street. OSM uses keys like turn:lanes for turning lanes. I'll fix it for you to know how it's done correctly.

Please don't be afraid of mapping, OSM needs local mappers like you!

Why did you change SR 47 to primary?

I aggree with ZeLonewolf.
The same with US 340 as traffic should stay on I 64.

The trunk classification of US 219 was clearly wrong
And one can argue about US 33 being trunk, the new 2021 Highway Classification Guidance says it's not

But as there aren't that many mappers in West Virginia and there are still some questions left I didn't correct the other wrong trunk and primary classifications around Marlinton yet

And to add a few tipps:
Please make buildings square after adding them (like the one in Indonesia). This can be done by pressing "Q"

Leipzig-Dresden wird zwar im Rahmen von VDE9 auf 200 km/h ausgebaut, 200 gefahren werden kann aber derzeit nur zwischen Leipzig und Riesa, sodass nur dort highspeed=yes korrekt ist

Bitte sieh dir meinen Changeset genauer an, ich verstehe nicht, was du mit dem Eingang meinst - ich habe daran überhaupt nichts gemacht
Su off habe ich gelöscht, da dieser Eintrag unnötig ist (wenn der Eintrag fehlt heißt es, am Sonntag ist geschlossen)
Ein weiterer Grund ist, dass es in dieser Kombination mit PH, wie du es eingetragen hast, dooferweise von verschiedenen Apps als "Sonntag ganztägig geöffnet" interpretiert wird

Ist es korrekt, dass um Kirchhain weiter 160 ist bzw. keine Angabe ist? Beispielsweise an der Cottbusser Straße, weiter Richtung Norden und dann noch einmal auf einem Gleis bei Schönewalde?
Ausbaustrecken mit >=200km/h sollten auch mit highspeed=yes gekennzeichnet werden.

Wieso hast du die Strecken mit highspeed=yes gekennzeichnet?
Strecken mit 120 und 160 km/h sind keine Hochgeschwindigkeits- bzw. Ausbaustrecken
Nur bei Strecken >=200 km/h ist highspeed=yes korrekt

So lange dabei und so viele Bearbeitungen... Wie kann dann so ein Changeset entstehen?
Bitte mache mehrere Changesets, wenn die Änderungen weit auseinander sind und nichts miteinander zu tun haben.

Dir scheint in Wolfsburg Steimker Berg eine Adress-Node verrutscht zu sein, das müsste wieder korrigiert werden.

Und bitte mach Häuser rechtwinklig, das geht in iD ganz einfach mit "Q"

I see you have used Bing Imagery. I recommend you to use Maxar Premium Imagery in this area because it's much more recent and with less clouds. :)

weil es davor und dahinter - also ab der ersten A17-Auffahrt und in die andere Richtung ab Kamillenweg/Reuningstraße Ampelkreuzungen gibt, wodurch da trunk nicht korrekt wäre

Nach der Definition von trunk war es vorher schon richtig:
anbaufrei, kreuzungsfrei, mit Ein- und Ausfahrten an mindestens 2 verschiedenen Stellen

und selbst wenn es richtig wäre, die Straße auf primary umzuwidmen, ist auch jetzt an 3 Stellen immer noch trunk bzw. trunk_link
