| 1867506 | This is the (approx) location of an incredibly odd occurrence that happened to me. This is a house built in the late 1800's and is in the register of historic places. The building has been modified into suites for businesses. I was going door-to-door dropping off resumes around town and entered it. Despite having a reception area there was no one at the desk, so I made my way upstairs. The rooms upstairs were incredibly tiny. There were two vacated "suites" and a bathroom. The doors were open. I walked back down the hall to the first room, a private reality firm. The door was locked. I then opened the next door with a sign stating that this was the office of a dental hygienist. As I opened the second door, a woman behind it shrieked in fear and immediately closed the door. I was unnerved by this, rushed down the stairs, and immediately shouted back "I thought this was a place of business!" I immediately felt as if I was trespassing on someone's home. I did not stay to ask questions. I do not know what this place is, and if its businesses are actually in operation. In fact, after what I saw it would be my immediate assumption that this is a front operation for something. The neighboring building had no words for what occurred to me and stated they never even entered that building. I believe this is the location of the building I speak of. This area is unlabeled. I recall it down the street from the Dog Park. |
