It's McCredie Springs, not "Mccredie Springs. The second C is capitalized. It's the last name of a former land owner from the early 1900s.

6 should probably be secondary, being more minor than 26 and not exactly more major than your typical state highway, which is typically secondary at the lowest.

Can someone please confirm and add if in this area exist "Star Ranch"?
