Mapping the Black Sea as a separate multipolygon is not necessary; the members are already coastline segments so a water polygon can be assembled, and a label point exists in node form.

These roads are named after famous RAF bases. It has to be Leuchars not Leuchers. Changed after someone wrote to DWG about it, Ticket#2019112010000129
