Historically, this used to be a road that housed a truck scale and a scale house, primarily for the logging industry in which this town got its start.

Vehicles can enter this narrow paved road from the north, off of West Ferry Street. The city has terminated the road's connection to the WA 20 and WA 9 intersection, which is correctly portrayed on the map. However, there are bollards, located where I marked this, preventing vehicular access to or from WA 20, which is not indicated on this map.
