Remove repeated mapwithai tags from a fixme note. Delete a non existent road from tiger import.

Remove some speedrelated fixmes. Ridge Road ones were solved by the person that added them. Buck Run Drive seems excessive for a missing max speed on a residential road when so many roads have no maxspeed set.

Open Prescott Dr, connect Radek Ct. Add a path in woods based on strava. There might be another one, but less travelled on the heatmap so not adding without survey
