Perkiomen trail is foot too, not just bikes.

SRT: correct website, add foot as route type. The route is multi-use, not just biking, and waymarkedtrails.org amongst others seems to accept ; separated route=* tags. Probably should have done so with my earlier CVT change too, but will eval this first.

The CVT is multiuse, so also add it as a foot route. Otherwise it does not show as a walking option on dedicated tools.
