Changing branch in Folkestone Park from cycleway as it is not the designated/signed cycle route. Bicycles are allowed though alongside pedestrians.

Updating Blackheath access to say that cycles do not need to dismount. This is based on my experience as well as the attached sources. I couldn't find anything countering this but happy to be corrected.
